How much is postage?

Shipping within Wellington is $10.00 or free pick up is available. Flat rate of $20.00 for North Island and $35.00 for South Island applies. Orders over $250 will be shipped free of charge.
Do you make lightshades as well as lampshades?

Yes! I make shades for table lamps, floor/standard lamps, pendant lights (to fit a cord hanging from the ceiling) and for batten fixtures (where the bulb is attached right at ceiling height).
Do you make any other lampshade other than a drum?

I specialize in drum shades, tall shades and barrel shades however if you are after something else, please get in touch.
Our lamp has a Euro fitting which is 4mm across - can you make a shade for this?

Yes, my shades come fitted with a standard E27/B22 adapter, which means they will fit any standard NZ light fitting.
What do you recommend is the best size lampshade for a standard floor lamp?

The most popular size is at least 40cm diameter lampshade. The height that often looks best (but it’s up to you!) is 25cm-40cm. If you want something larger, the 50cm diameter (height 35-45cm) also looks terrific on a standard base. Generally, the taller the lamp stand, the bigger the shade you might want to look at
What size lampshade do you recommend for a table lamp?

This depends on how big your lamp is! Anything from 20cm diameter up to 30cm diameter will work. If you had a large (wide and tall) stand you could look at a 35cm or 40cm diameter shade.
What do you recommend as the best size lampshade for a bedroom?

This very much depends on the size of the room. The most common size I do for small bedrooms is 30cm diameter. If you have a large stud and/or large room, a 35 or 40cm diameter may work well for you.
I have some fabric I would like made into a shade, can you do this?

Yes, absolutely I can, please get in touch with me to discuss what you are after.
I am after a pair of bedside lamps - can you make them identical?

As each lampshade is made by hand, there is a good chance the patterns won’t match! However, if you do want a matching pair, please do let me know so that I can accommodate you as best as I can.
