SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Free NZ shipping on orders over $250

Orders placed for items I have in stock will be dispatched within 5 business days.

 

If for some reason this does not happen, I will be in touch to let you know why your order has been delayed and when you can expect to receive it.

Lampshades are made to order and there are a variety of factors that influence how long it will take to make them and have them ready for shipment. Under normal circumstances I will aim to dispatch your lampshade within two weeks. If for some reason this does not happen, I will be in touch to let you know why your order has been delayed and when you can expect to receive it. 

 

I do my best to package your order carefully to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

 

In the unlikely event that your order does arrive damaged, please get in touch with me at aho.lampshades.nz@gmail.com and I will endeavor to replace your order as soon as possible.

Once your item has been dispatched a tracking number will be sent to you via email so you can keep an eye on the status of your order.

Rural deliveries may take longer to be delivered. This adds roughly 2-3 days to your order delivery time frame.

Return & Exchange Policy

I offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

 

Please contact me immediately if items arrive damaged, are not the product you’ve ordered, or are faulty. Please be assured that that I will endeavor to put right any issues immediately.


If you decide the product you’ve purchased is not for you, then it will be at the discretion of Aho Shades to offer a refund.

If your product needs to be returned it should be delivered to: 216 Blue Mountains Road, RD2, Upper Hutt, 5371.  Return shipping cost will be refunded if due an error or fault on behalf of Aho Shades.
